In August 2024 The Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies issued a report titled “Catalyzing a Movement to Produce Greater Public, Private, and Civil Resources to Improve Housing Conditions Through Home Repair Programs”

In October, in a recorded presentation the authors examine the effect deterioration of America’s aging housing stock on the health, safety, and financial well-being of millions of low-income households and discuss the effectiveness of existing repair programs, and explore new efforts to improve and expand those programs.
